Howdy, I have 2 bedrooms for rent with a shared bath in close driving distance to campus. Rooms are not furnished, although I do have some spare twin mattresses and a frame. The property has a great backyard and a fully furnished living-room. Both rooms are 140x122 and have a spacious closet. Pets are not allowed. The lease is monthly and more details will be provided in the application/over phone.

I’m a sophomore (19 M) accounting major looking for 2 roommates. I’m a pretty clean person with a good respect for others’ boundaries. Looking for some chill guys who are about the same.
