Private room in 3 bedroom home with access to all common areas. Shared shower, extra 1/2 bath in basement. Must get along well with my two cats. I am not looking to add addition pets or clutter in common areas. Close to highway and 420 friendly. No drug use, alcoholism, or drama. Not a place to party or have frequent random guests.

So far it’s just me. I moved in recently and I really enjoy living alone, but want someone to help with mortgage. Not looking for someone who expects us to be the type of roommates who does everything together. I generally can get along great with all types of people and long as they are reasonable and approach situations in good faith. Everyone has their own beliefs and way of live and it doesn’t make sense to push it on others. I work from my home office three days a week and keep the house clean and organized.
