Beautiful home in the outer Richmond and a 2 minute walk from Lands End this home is 4 bed, 3 bath with 3 other roommates looking for a 4th. The home has a washer/dryer and lots of on street parking. The 4th room has a large closet space and direct access to the balcony and sun room. Move in date is July 1st!

We are 3 ladies in our 20s that are looking for someone clean and reliable. We love going out to bars/getting sushi and going dancing. We also love anything outdoors whether it’s hiking in the marin headlands or going surfing in Bolinas. 2 of the roommates have jobs and will likely not be home a majority of the time but the 3rd roomie is a current student at SF State and will be doing school on zoom as well as going to some in person classes. We had a 4th roommate who got a last minute job offer and wasn’t able to move in so we’re really looking for someone to fill the space july 1st!
