The house has a washer and dryer and plenty of storage space in the basement. The backyard has a large deck and a garden.

The landlord and roommate is a professor at Brown in his mid-thirties. He is seeking a quiet, friendly student, postdoc, or young professional with no pets. A vegan tenant is preferred.
