Looking to share my rental house in NW Denver near 36/ I-25/I-70. You’ll have almost the entire main floor to yourself: 3 bedrooms, a full bath, a living room and dining area.

I’m looking for either 1 adult to rent the space, or 2 adults with an existing relationship (a pair of friends, a couple, etc.) I’ll be living in the basement living area with my 2 kitty cats.

We’ll share the kitchen (I don’t do much cooking lol), the full-size washer/dryer, oversized 2-car garage, driveway and the big fenced backyard & covered patio.
There’s a private entrance to the basement area so you’ll have full privacy. The house is newly remodeled, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and plenty of light.

A well-behaved quiet cat-friendly dog is definitely allowed. My dog-friendly cats will primarily be downstairs with me, but I’d love for our pets to all get along.

Rent is $2000 per month and includes trash, recycling, and high-speed internet. We’ll share the monthly water (about $50 total) and power ($90-$120 total) bills.

1 month deposit and application required. Move in July

I’m a single professional who’s pretty chill. I work a lot during the week, and on the weekends I’m offroading or going to concerts & bars. I’m not looking for a best friend, but if we get along and want to share beers on the patio, that’d be cool!
