Fulton Street

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom complex, with another bedroom designated as the living area. It is a block away from the University of San Francisco and is a walk from the Pan Handle, Divisadero Street, and Haight Ashbury. The rent for the single room is $1050 per month, not including utilities or groceries. The room we’re looking to fill is the second larges bedroom and contains a double-sided closet and two large windows.

Currently, there are three residents living in the apartment: myself and my two other roommates. We are all sophomores at the University of San Francisco and are looking for someone close to our age. We are tidy, love to cook, and prioritize communications and good relationships with whoever we are rooming with!
