12 month lease move in would be available around 7/29/22. (Brand New Never Lived In) Room details: private room, private bathroom, with a walk in closet, ceiling fan, carpet, window in room. (Cable/satellite hookup available at own cost) Utilities included: electric, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, trash, water and WiFi, parking included and half bath downstairs in the main living area.

I am a clean person pretty OCD and to myself. I prefer to stay in, do my housework and hangout with my dogs over most other things outside of working. I’m pretty quiet and make sure my dogs are quiet and well behaved as well (I do have 3 dogs an 11 year old brindle mixed breed, a 3 year old Red Doberman and a year almost a year old Boston Terrier) all very friendly and loving. They would be with me or in my room when I am not home. I like to let my dogs get in bed and watch my movies/shows when I’m not working or getting their energy out with walks. The max pet requirement is met with my three babies but anyone dog friendly is more than welcome to rent the other room I have available.
