Common areas are large kitchen, dining room, living room, office, laundry room and a shared 2 car garage with built in storage. Would include your own private bedroom and bathroom. All appliances are included in unit which is approximately 1750 square feet. Close to ACFL trails for hiking or biking. House is clean and a high-end unit with hardwood floors and carpet in bedrooms. Deck with partial view of water and Mt. Baker. Landscaping is handled and included. Most furniture you might want to bring for the common areas could be accommodated.

One year lease. Monthly rent is $1,300 plus shared utilities. Move in date could be somewhat flexible. Proof of income and credit score required. Nonsmoking and drug free. Looking for one person only, not a couple.
