Shared living space is furnished but there’s room for some items. Apartment has a Washer/Dryer included in shared space, an open floor plan, hard wood floors throughout, on the first floor, located near the pool but still very quiet and is in a safe area w/in walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. (Water, sewer and valet trash are included in the rent. Internet and electricity/power are additional costs.)

Looking for a roommate. I am an elementary school teacher. I love to have fun with family and friends. I’m a firm believer in “say what you mean and mean what you say.” I am very loyal, trustworthy, and my Christian faith is very important to me! I also LOVE to travel! This area is a great place to live and my current roommate is wanting to move to be closer to family and will move out soon/at the end of the current lease.
