Derrick's room

Renting out my basement space . The property has a large patio for grilling. Living area and kitchen is shared. The house has two bathrooms which is also shared. There are two garage spaces and space in front to park . The house is located in a safe location with a lot of store’s restaurants and gyms.

I no longer live there for a while now but I have two people live there one at the basement area which has its own half bathroom. He’s a supervisor at ups. He’s very chill and stays to himself. He’s clean and quiet. The other in a room upstairs and also very cool and quiet.
