Dog / cat live on property , unfortunately No additional pets. (Pets belong to the residents in the back house)

YOUR ROOM: Has wood floors and will come unfurnished but features an in-wall air conditioner, a spacious closet with hanging rod with a private bathroom with a medicine cabinet and standing shower.

THE HOUSE: The house on the lot is a Duplex home. The room for rent is located in the front house. Its a Three-bedroom / Two bathroom home, featuring a fully furnished kitchen and living room space with a couch and a mounted TV. There is a front yard with plenty of plants and a porch swing for leisure.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is centrally located in Highland Park, if your not familiar with the area its between the city of Glendale and Pasadena. The house is just a couple of blocks away from York Boulevard, one of the liveliest spots in the neighborhood. Its within walking distance of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, food trucks, vintage shops and grocery stores. The community hosts an art walk on the second Saturday of every month.

Two working females and a toddler. We all have different schedules but on our downtime we all pretty much do our own thing and hang out in our rooms. We are all clean people so the house is never a mess.
