Hello! I am looking to rent a room in my 4bed 3bath home. The house is located in South Arlington (287 and Sublett) and is 15 mins from Downtown FW, 25 mins to Cowboy and Rangers stadium and UTA, 35 mins to DFW airport, and 40 mins to Downtown Dallas.

The bedroom is unfurnished (pics are from when it was furnished) and has an ensuite bathroom for total privacy. You will have access to the following amenities: the living area, kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, driveway, and I may even possibly allow you to park in the garage depending on the size of the car and the convenience of doing so.

I am asking for $750 per month and the splitting of the utilities (water/sewer & electricity). Internet is included. I am looking for a working professional that is respectful, clean, and peaceful that preferably does not work from home. No pets, smoking, or drugs at the property.

I am a working professional that currently works from home about 80% of the time M-F. I live at the house by myself other than when I have my young daughter about 3-4 days out of the week. So must be kid-friendly and pass a thorough background search. I will not be renting out any of the other rooms as I am looking for just 1 roommate.
