Beautiful room with three bay windows and a great view available in central Montclair, NJ. Move in sometime between July 10 and August 1. Rent is $825 + utilities, taking over a current lease that ends on October 1 with the possibility for renewal.

The house has 1.5 baths, and the upstairs bathroom has both a standing shower and a separate bathtub. There is a porch and a small backyard area, and laundry in the basement. Storage is available in a small crawl space upstairs.

Each tenant has free overnight parking in the attached parking lot. This unit has one parking spot that is available 24/7 and is split by the three housemates in the unit. Street parking is plentiful on the 3-4 days per week you would need it during the day.

The area is brimming with shops, restaurants, and cultural venues. The DeCamp No. 66 bus stops right outside the house, the No. 33 bus stops a few blocks away, the NJ TRANSIT 11/28/29 busses stop on Bloomfield Avenue a few blocks away, and the Bay Street train station is about a 20 min walk/5 min drive or bus ride.

Your housemates are early 20s young professionals; one is a music teacher and the other is an IT professional. We are good friends with our neighbors in the house and the owners of the deli next door. It is a beautiful, fun community and I am sad to be leaving!
