Hi everyone! We are searching for a third roommate for our spacious 3 bedroom apartment at The Society in Mission Valley. The building just opened up in December. The apartment is on the sixth floor right below the penthouse and has a large window front in the living room, big kitchen, washing machine & dryer, 2 nice bathrooms etc.. It’s really a beautiful and convenient place to live at with countless of amenities like 2 SALT WATER POOLS, 2 SALT WATER HOT TUBS, COWORKING SPACES, CONFERENCE ROOMS, INDOOR & OUTDOOR BONFIRES, BBQ, SEVERAL GYMS, YOGA ROOM, GAMES HALLS, SEVERAL LARGE LOUNGES to hang out at, and many more.
The apartment is fully furnished except your own room (shared bathroom with one roomie). It’s a really secure neighborhood right on the I-8. Super fast in really all directions and near great restaurants, malls etc.. Fashion Valley is in 3 min walking distance.
- Rent will be around $1.600
- 1 month security deposit
- Move in date is the 14th of July
- Month to month lease possible but we prefer a roomie for a longer time
About the roomies
ABOUT US: We are two women around 30. We both work a lot so we’re enjoying home as a relaxing and quiet space after a long day. Besides us there is a sweet and gentle 3 legged Pitbull mix in the apartment who will melt your heart in a second. He’s a big boy but very calm and mellow so you will probably barely notice him. We also have a second dog which is younger and a smaller breed. Both are well behaved.
ABOUT YOU: (FEMALE OR MALE) We are looking for a mature, clean, and responsible roomie for a relaxing and respectable home, who likes to hang out if there’s time but doesn’t turn the apartment into a potential pre-game place!
- Non-smoker (the whole building is smoke free)
- Needs to be fine with dogs
