Hello All! This 10’ by 12’ private room includes a private bathroom and large closet. The house is clean, and geared towards a serious student. The location allows for quick walks downtown, or for morning runs along West Cliff. All utilities and laundry are included. There is a separate charge for garage parking. This is a sublease, and will run through 8/30/2022 with the opportunity to renew for a year-long lease.

There are five current roommates, and all are respectful and easy to get along with. It is a mellow, quiet environment, perfect for studying and relaxing.
