Lee's room

this is a YEAR ROUND rental! July 2022 - 2023! In Rehoboth Beach, right near the center of town! Only a few blocks from the beach. Private room with jack-and-Jill style bathroom - you will have your own bathroom but may share the shower with one other person. This is NOT a party house, all 3 other roommates work full time during the summer and we are on a busy but quaint street.

High speed Internet & utilities are included. Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, & more are all available on living room TV. All roommates share common spaces (kitchen, small side patio) we have one awesome dog, however we are NOT able to accommodate any other pets. Washer/Dryer in house. NO parking included - on-street parking permits are available through the City of Rehoboth for $250 (you will need a permit if you have a car)

All 3 current roommates are mid 20s - early 30s, with a mix of restaurant industry, corporate jobs, and small business ownership.
