Master bedroom for rent with own bathroom and walk-in closet. Sliding door to backyard. House is located less than 5 minutes from highway 80 and equipped with solar. Garage parking and storage available. There is a second, smaller room also available for rent for $715 plus utilities/internet. This room would share a bathroom and garage storage is available. This room is currently occupied but pictures can be provided upon request. Utilities and internet are to be split evenly 3 ways.

Interested parties will need to go through an application process, credit check, and income verification with property management.

I occupy one of the smaller rooms and I am looking for two working, respectful and responsible females to fill the master and other smaller room. The two current roommates will be moved out by August. I work from home full time and I am either at the gym working out, coaching CrossFit, cooking, or hanging out with close friends in my free time. No partying and cleaning up after yourself is a must.
