No smoking, no drugs. Clean, organized and respectful. No prior criminal record. You will be asked to complete a background check.
Things that are included in the $750 rent:
Google Fiber internet, Kitchen utensils, Bedroom furniture / furnishings (as shown in pictures), Utilities: The first $100 is covered. Anything over $100 will be split equally among all roommates. Cleaning lady that comes bi-weekly. She cleans all common areas: bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.
