About the room
Nice spacious room fully furnished with queen sized bed, tv, closet and storage space. Quiet neighborhood and home with off street parking. Laundry room, ac/ heating, full kitchen and nice backyard…..2 fire pits, built in bbq grill with all utilities paid. I also have a smaller room for $950 a month usually for short term stay ( shared bathroom if both rooms rented at the same time)
About the roomies
Single woman no kids at home or pets. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Clean and vaccinated with very few visitors. Nice neighbors and all have cameras it’s very safe. Seeking an honest female who will keep the house clean and no drama please
