Chevy's room

Room in Midtown Phoenix. Not too far from light rail and downtown as well. 2nd room in condo apartment. Kitchen has just been remodeled. We have a possible desk, and chair furnishings that could be removed if needed. Washer and dryer in unit.

I am in the other room. I am a revenue analyst and usually am either working gaming or hanging with my friends. The neighbors are very friendly and everyone knows each other. Looking for someone who is friendly and doesn’t mind hanging out with the dog and cat at times.
