Beautifully updated two bedroom home between Old Colorado City and Manitou. Walk or bike to either in minutes! Great neighborhood with events like free concerts in the park! You would have the entire basement to yourself which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and very large living room. We would share the kitchen space and upstairs living room if you wanted to hang out and watch tv. The kitchen has a gas range and your obvious other things like a microwave, oven, and fridge. Also lots of other kitchen appliances like a kitchenaid and toaster oven you’re welcome to use. Your area would be fully furnished, including an automatic sitting/standing desk. I can also remove any furniture you don’t need or want.

Hi! I am a 34 year old male who has lived in Colorado for about 28 years, mostly the springs area and some in Boulder. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my small close-knit group of friends. Most weeknights I am at home and taking it easy, watering the lawn or just watching tv. I have a super friendly hypoallergenic dog that loves her humans and is great with all other dogs.
