Dakota's room

This is on the East Side of Athens, with nearby grocery stores and not too far from Downtown Athens. You would have your own bathroom and your own room. It is five minutes away from UGA. Rent would be $575(for you) a month plus $38 for Wi-Fi and then $40-$100 for electricity(which could be higher or lower depending on what temperature we agree on), and water bills attached to rent will be about $20-30 dollars for you, which can be higher or lower depending on month, and that would total about $750 to $800 a month.

There is a $60 application fee you would have to pay before moving in made by the apartment complex which does require a background track.

I do currently have a roommate that will be moving out by the end of May, so I am unable to show the room until beginning of June.

Some Criteria I do ask of you.

• Make sure to pay bills on time.
• No smoking or illegal drugs, this include weed.
• No Pets
• Please clean up after yourself. I don’t care too much what you do to your room or bathroom however, but please clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
• If inviting people, just text me to let me know.
• Do not go to my room without asking.
• Do not just let someone start living here without at talking to me. Remember this is a two person communication. I may not be entirely against it, but if they do end up living here, then they have to pay their share.
• At least be willing to stay here until end of December or January. We can talk about longer.

Hello, I am Dakota and I am 28 male. I am someone who is laidback and will let you do your own thing. I will clean up after myself, and I expect you to do as well. I tend to stay in my room and play video games or draw when I am not a work or hanging out with family. I work night shift on back half of the days during the week.
