This apartment has a 12 month lease for a shared room with a divider and a shared bath with just myself. The kitchen and living area is shared by the person or people living on the other side of the apartment. I’m open to creating a group of 4! I personally think the floor plan is dope, and the price is way better than you’ll find anywhere else, especially considering it’s west facing (and you’ll get the window side). It should be a second floor apartment. Utilities are exactly $95 a month and parking is free if you’re ok with unreserved. The community comes with bike parking, a pool, hot tub, courtyard with hammocks and grills, rooftop lounge with firepits and billiards, study rooms, in unit washer and dryer, free printing, and a gym. The area is perfect for students since it’s only 2 blocks from campus and there’s so much to do in walking distance.

Right now it’s just myself and my dog. No pets allowed, she’s a working dog so she’s an exception. I’m 22, and I’m not a student but I wanted to live with people my age so I got traditionally student housing. I’m vegan and would prefer a vegan roommate, but it’s not required. The only thing I really require is that you’re clean in the common areas. I’m an EMT working 24-48 hour shifts so I would prefer someone who is available to care for my dog during those days, but I have no problem finding a sitter if you’re unable. For the shared room I would prefer a female, but the other room can be any gender. I’m looking for people who are free spirited and don’t mind occasional drinking and socializing. I don’t personally smoke or use any drugs (besides alcohol) but I don’t care if you do as long as you follow community guidelines. I’m pretty laid back when it comes to having people over and overnight guests. I love trying new things and meeting new people, especially since I’m new. I love climbing and backpacking most, but I’ll try anything. I even went paragliding last summer. It would be great if we could be friends, but I’ll respect your space if you just want a place to live. Let me know if you’re interested and we can talk and get to know each other better!
