The room is located on the upper floor, furnished, it has an almost bran new bed, two nightstands, and a smart tv attached to the wall ready to use. All you need is your personal clothes, hangers, and bedding. It has a nice backyard to chill out during warm days, and a nice indoor Gym in the garage. The laundry room is located on the upper floor. All bills and internet are included on the rent. Parking on the street. There’s a fridge, a microwave, most kitchen appliances, and a very spacious living room. The rent for this room is $ 900 and a $ 900 deposit, basically, first and last month’s rent, which also works as a security deposit. This deposit can be split into two monthly payments with the rent. The property is just minutes away from Redondo Beach and The Marina Park, where there is a beach, and a nice trail along a creek to go biking or hiking. She has her own room, but will be sharing a full bathroom with this room for rent. There’s a nice young lady at the lower level, who also has her own room and bathroom. All of them are clean, respectful, quiet, friendly, vaccinated, and expect the same. The rooms are single person occupancy only.
