Nice room for rent in newer and beautiful townhouse, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The room is unfurnished, has carpet-floor, own bathroom, and a closet. The rent for this downstairs room is $850 a month, 1st and lasts month plus $500 security deposit to move in, which will be returned to the renter at the end of the rent period, (if nothing was damaged on the property by the renter during the renting period). Minimum renting period is three months. Maximum six months to a year or longer, if both parties are happy with the living situation. The townhome has a nice backyard to chill out during warm days, and a nice small indoor Gym in the garage. The laundry room is located on the upper floor. All bills and internet are included on the rent. Parking on the street. There’s a fridge, a microwave, most kitchen appliances, and a very spacious living room. The property is just minutes away from Redondo Beach and The Marina Park, where there is a beach, and a nice trail along a creek to go biking or hiking. Walking distance to Safeway, a couple of Banks, Bartell Drugs, LA Fitness, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and many other restaurants. Close to I-5, 99 Hwy, Highland college, and the light rail train.

The townhome has four bedrooms, 3 upstairs, and another one downstairs.. (The one for rent). We are a couple in their late forties and early 50’s in the master bedroom. And their 26 year old son in another bedroom upstairs. We work a lot and are out most of the day. We are, Friendly, organized, respectful. and very clean. Ideally we would like to get a roommate with the same values. Being respectful and clean is a must*. The room are single person occupancy only. Also, to be courteous and respectful to others; sorry, no pets, no kids, and no drama please. We respect each-others boundaries, the neighbors, and we also try keep the house clean and organized.
