O'neill Drive

I am currently renting an apartment in Mission Viejo/Ladera Ranch in South Orange County. I am looking for someone to move in by Aug 1st if not sooner. A 2bdrm/2bath. full size washer and dryer, huge kitchen with lots of storage. I do not have information on what the security deposit would be. My current unit has a great porch, I will be relocating to a new unit, same floor plan. There is garage parking for the second tenant, there is also storage room in the garage. I own a large truck, which does not fit into the garage. My previous roommate and I worked it out that I took the master bedroom and she had the garage, it would be the same arrangement. We split utilities. l feel each party needs time alone. My children are grown and live out of state. They do not come to CA. There are lots of walking trails in the neighborhood with or without hills. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. A great farmers market on Sundays. Park galore. The apartment is located just off Crown Valley Prkwy, about 15-20 minutes from PCH. I like to spend time at Corona Del Mar beach when time and summer crowds permits LOL.

I work full time in Tustin, CA. I work every other Saturday, with every other Thursday off. I spend my off time writing. I belong to writing group and we meet via zoom every Saturday morning (every other for me).I enjoy my time with friends as we are learning to be social again via our schedules after having been away from each other for the so long. No smoking/no pot. My children are grown and live out of state. They do not come to CA. I have quick wit and great sense of humor, I work very hard at my job, my work ethic is very strong.
