Price includes all utilities, wifi, access to laundry room, off street parking, the 3 living areas, dinning room, kitchen, and including our luxurious south facing pool. We are in a safe, well protected guarded and gated community. Each room along with our front door have a personal code just for you. Females friendly with full house privileges. We are located in Davenport just with in minutes of Posner Park, Champions Gate, US 27 and I4. Sorry no pets or smoking.

We are a great group of all ladies that get along very well. There are currently 4 ladies including myself in the house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
