Casanova Avenue

My roommate just moved out because of a better job opportunity, but our lease isn’t finished until August 31. So obviously looking for a short term rental, as I do not plan on re-upping the lease. $1000 utilities included, unfurnished master bedroom in the 730 Casanova Ave. Apt. Complex, clean and large living space, with good modern appliances. If living works well between us I’m highly interested in finding a different 2bdr place in the area come September. I work evening shifts at Roy’s restaurant in Pebble Beach, so I’m gone most days, and I work with the Junior Giants in Marina in my freetime. When I’m not working I’m relaxing in my room, or out on a run/bike ride.
