Rent/utilities - $730/month due on the 1st of the month. Utilities include water, electric, wifi, trash. $300 deposit. 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. You would have your own, private room. Shared bathrooms. You will need to furnish your room but the rest of the place is fully furnished. We do have a small yard. No AC.

My dog is very rambunctious and in your face but extremely sweet, good with kids, and a puppy. •I am polyamorous and have 3 partners who come over regularly •I have a toddler boy who alternates a few months with me and a few months with his dad in Texas •I work in the medical field •I’m a very clean person, my place is kept tidy.

This is not a dating post. No, I do not want/need another partner - I also do not want/need a hookup. Yes, that includes if you become my roommate. I didn’t ask any of my partners to move in with me - and there’s a reason. This is a serious request for a roommate.
