Looking for one person to take over my lease located in Las Colinas. This is a 1 bed, 1 bath in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The apartment is close to the Toyota Music Factory, theater, lake (with trail to walk it), and various restaurants. There is a tram nearby, as well. Neighbors are quiet and there is a gym, pool, and courtyard. Management offers beer, breakfast, and food trucks (not free) once a week. In-unit washer/dryer and balcony.

Pricing is $1,026 total (unless apartment decides otherwise) and lease ends toward the end of March 2023. This pricing includes one reserved parking spot; it does not include Wi-fi, Electricity, or water. Security deposit unknown just yet.

I am moving at the end of summer so I am looking for a responsible person to take over my part of the lease.
