-This is an extra bedroom thats never been occupied, -Its a spacious room with its own bathroom . -The place is quite and its in the golf club located. Feel Free to use the share kitchen and living room. -No loud music and no loud parties. -No smoking allowed Parking is in-front of the driveway . -I am usually working in the Bay Area most of the time i stay there for few days, come home do my laundry and rest for a day or two, do some gardening chores and back to work. -No drugs or cannabis allowed. -I cant tolerate dramas if theres a problem we should talk.
