Jamilla's room

The apartment is 2 bed 1 bath. There is an in unit washer/dryer combo as well as updated appliances such as a gas stove and microwave. The living room has the couch and dining table and is where I keep my plants as well. The bathroom features a claw foot tub.

The building itself is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to Carytown or a short walk to VCU, Texas Beach, and Maymont. The owner is very responsible with maintenance and the neighbors generally are nice and keep to themselves. There is parking behind the building as well.

I work part time and go to school part time. I tend to stay in my room a lot and keep to myself. I’m pretty introverted and a homebody. I play video games and enjoy nature walks. I have a cat who’s very shy so she doesn’t leave my room much and she doesn’t get along with other animals so I’d prefer no other roaming pets.

My ideal roommate would be somebody who’s clean and considerate. I would like for us to respect each other and communicate if we have any issues.
