Tom's room

Starting July 1st, my partner and I have a guest bedroom/bathroom available for $1300 in our 1200 square foot 2Bedroom/2Bathroom apartment! We are located in Hillside Burbank within walking distance of the downtown mall/shopping strip. There is free and easily accessible parking all around the building, and potential for a parking space within the building depending on your needs. Our building has a pool, washer/dryers, trash service, and a mailroom located inside the lobby. Currently have a friend staying with us which is why the room has an air mattress/desk, but will be made empty by July 1st Move-in date can be flexible as needed. Must have verifiable, taxable income proved by bank statements/paystubs/tax returns in order to be approved by the rental company who owns the building!

My partner works from home and I work as an assistant stylist, we are quiet, clean, and super accommodating. Looking for people who appreciate the same!
