Hi there! Looking for someone to take over my lease. I unfortunately lost my job and can no longer afford it. It’s a gorgeous community and I have lived here a year and 3 months. Pet friendly, children friendly, and very safe community. I loved living here and just renewed my lease two months ago. The lease ends 4/2023. I put down a $1100 deposit, which you will receive at the end of the lease if I sign it over to you. The application process is very quick, it took me 3 days to be approved. I honestly wish I could stay but life sometimes takes unexpected turns. Please message me for more details. Thank you!
