First things first, no couples, animals or children please. If you have a child and they will visit or stay on occasion this is ok. About the home and room: The home was recently remodeled and includes all new carpet, tile, appliances, paint, new kitchen and new bathrooms. Your room is 10.5 by 10 feet with a decent sized closet, upstairs and next to the other room that is also rented, the two rooms share a bathroom between them. The price of rent is all inclusive, it covers everything including all utilities and Wifi high speed 550mbs Cox internet and includes an internet hard line directly in your room if you should need it. The community is really great, the area is really nice and we have a community pool you can use anytime. The 101 is about a 5 min drive away so getting around the east valley is easy. Tons of retail and shopping are very close by for easy access including Chandler Fashion Mall, about a seven minute drive. You will have space in the pantry and kitchen cabinets for your things. The backyard is a good place to chill and there is a large grille you can use anytime.

A little about me and the other roomie: Hi my name is Lawrence, I am a M-S 9-5 working professional. I eat healthy, do not smoke and drink very little alcohol, I work out 4-5 days/week and hike n bike on the weekends. The second room is currently home to Teri, she is a great lady and is very easy to get along with, she spends her time mostly in her room but can be found enjoying Netflix in the living room on occasion, she also keeps her bathroom and the kitchen clean and cooks meals from time to time. We are very easy to live with and get along with other people very well. We respect quiet time in the house or if your schedule is different than ours we will be cognizant of that. In closing, this is a great home to live in and located in a great, safe and quiet neighborhood, the home is kept clean and organized and I expect this from any roommates, even in your own room, absolutely no messy-ness or hoarding is allowed here so please be clean and considerate of others and the house in general.
