Clean house, no pets, no smoking, no parties, must be a responsible working man, male preferred. Rent is monthly but is open for lease. Terms 1 month security+ 1 month rent.

1 roommate late 20’s , clean, hard working, owns his own business, in the army, friendly, doesn’t drink or smoke in the house, respectfull
