Sean's room

Hello, we have a huge master bedroom available for a month-month lease in a nice 4 bedroom, 2,600 sqft house. The room is 14.5ft by 19ft. It has 2 walk-in closets with a full private bathroom. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The balcony is 4ft by 24ft. The room is upstairs. The house has a fairly open concept main level with a large living room adjacent to the kitchen and patio, an “office” which is used as a guest room, and a two car garage that is primarily used for storage. The spacious backyard is our favorite place to socialize when the weather allows as it has a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, expansive patio and a gazebo. Yard service is already included in the rent so the only chores we request assistance with is the occasional cleaning of communal areas (Kitchen/living room/bathroom). There is currently 2 lovable mutts that like barking at strangers and we’re sorry, but we do not want to bring in any additional pets.

About us: F29 & M22 We enjoy socializing with each other in our free time, and prefer having room mates that can also appreciate and contribute to that communal aspect that makes the house a fun home. We enjoy our fair share of wine and margaritas with friends. However, this isn’t a party house and we do our best to respect each others sleep schedules, beliefs and personal space and ask anyone interested in moving in to do the same. Outside of watching too much TV, our free time often consists of playing games, cooking/BBQing, camping, wine tasting, kayaking, kicking back at the lake, skiing/boarding - you get the picture.
