The location (Madison & 34th) is perfect for anyone who is looking for a temporary base in the City since you can find everything within a 15min walking radius. Major subway stations are close to the building which allows you to get to any part of New York very quickly. Both Grand Central and Penn Station are a 10min walk away if you plan to travel outside of NYC.

Both the apartment and room are furnished. The room has a full sized bed, Height adjustable standing desk with 2 desktops, and plenty of closet space. Wifi supports WFH.

The bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates.

You would be taking over my room. The other 2 roommates are both working professionals in their late 20s. They often travel, so the apartment doesn’t feel crowded, but when they are here we try to maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful environment.
