2br/2ba apartment near UCR, easy access to the freeway. You will have your own bedroom/bathroom. Shared spaces are lightly furnished. Full size washer/dryer in the apartment. You will be taking over my roommate’s part of the lease- which goes through the end of March 2023.

One female living in the other bedroom/bathroom. I work a lot but do enjoy my downtime being at home. Ideally looking for a roommate that will be open to communicating clearly, payment on time, and be clean/respectful.
