The unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath facing Lake Eola with balcony (6th floor). You will have your own bed and bath (unfurnished). I have a fully furnished living room and limited kitchen supplies. The unit comes with washer and dryer. You will have your own parking space in a parking garage.

I am a male, 34. Orlando native. Work from Home M-F, 9-5pm, in a professional role. Extremely clean and quiet. Been living here for 5 years now and my roommate is moving out so looking to replace him with someone with similar qualities. I do not have any pets. Non smoker. Not into throwing parties but occasionally having friends and family over is fine.

The current lease expires Aug 20 and you will sign a new 11 month lease with me. You must apply via building and pass income and background check in order for application approval. Total monthly rent is $2,900 ($1,450 each) includes all building fees. It does not include internet (Spectrum) and electricity (OUC).
