About the room
Great house for any student in the dalonega area especially UNG students. Plenty of parking out front which walks into a carpeted living room. Plenty of space for everyone; rooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen all have plenty of space. Does have back yard with some land behind it and a small fire pit.
About the roomies
3 males all attending UNG. 2 are frat members and the other is just a normal student. None of them are loud at all, I haven’t heard anything in my room after I close the door. Very clean people who actually care about the place.
