Stephanie's room

The rooms adjoin to a hallway with the bathroom between the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a tub with a shower and under-sink cabinets. One bedroom can be used for a study or storage. Both bedrooms have closets with two hanging rods and one shelf with overhead lighting. Both bedrooms have one window. One bedroom faces the street, the other faces the side fence. The bedrooms are near the front door and the door to the garage, as well as the laundry room. The neighborhood is quiet with many scenic sidewalks. Roommates with a dog are considered on a case-by-case basis as I have a small dog myself. She is very social with people and dogs. As long as our dogs get along, I would be ok with a roommate with a dog. My dog is four to five years old. Indoors she is quiet unless something outside startles her such as someone at the front door. Shedding is minimal as she is part poodle. Four-bedroom homes in this neighborhood are rented for 2,400 per month.

I live with my small dog who is friendly and curious. She has not been in the part of the house with the bedrooms to rent. She will not go there if you continue to keep the doors closed. I also have caged budgies (birds). I work on the computer often. I enjoy movies, gardening, and walking outdoors. I cook at home daily.
