Some rooms are already occupied by students. Each room is a locked private bedroom. Tenants share kitchen, laundry and living room. Utilities included but tenants share cost of internet. Covered lighted parking, Ring security w/cameras. Must complete an application. Guarantor may be required. Absolutely no pets as currents roomies are allergic.

Roomies are friendly and responsible, respectful of each other. All attend UNT or TWU and are at different levels of study. All also work, are very nice and easy going.
