I hv a room available on a month to month basis all Utilities are included you are responsible for all your food n personal needs if you use washing Facilities it’s a additional $100 for that month of a month to month basis this is a hoa area so no I’m n out traffic this room is for you n only you no one else can come n stay just the person who is renting this room you only hv access to your room bathroom that’s shared n kitchen no other part of the house is for the renter who is renting this room
