Danielle's room

Hi! I have a lovely, quiet, and very peaceful home located near the King Estates open land space which offers awesome hiking and beautiful views of the Bay Area. I have two small dogs that are very cuddly and friendly. The room available has a great view of the water and mountains. The room measures 11x14 with hardwood floors and has a fairly large closet. It can be furnished if needed.

I keep my house clean and organized. I only entertain here once or twice a year. I live a very public life so, I like the privacy my home offers. My hopes are to find a roommate that will understand my home isn’t a place to entertain guests and have sleepovers. Time getting to know one another will open this rule up for exceptions. I have had two long-term roommates that have worked out wonderfully. They are both happy to be a reference for me. I am 420 friendly however, I am looking for a non drinker or someone who drinks only occasionally. I prefer someone who does not work from home as I only work outside of the house two days a week and am home daily. I am creative and artistic with very eclectic taste. Often you will find me working on numerous projects.
