About the room
We live in a very quiet neighborhood. You will be walking distance to the beach. About a 10-15 minute drive to the 55 freeway. It is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom that is always kept clean. We have a cleaner that comes once a month. The house is very homey. Already fully furnished.
