About the room
5 bedroom house. We stay in the master the other 4 rooms upstairs are what we rent. The room is semi furnished with a mattress and box spring but we can move those out. 30 minutes from everything… Houston, Galveston, Clear Lake. Lots of shopping, eating, parks, bars, and fun within walking distance or 3 minutes by car. We are renovating the pool in back and the gazebo. We have chickens… so fresh eggs… laundry machine and dryer, 420 friendly outside on the patio. Tons of space.
About the roomies
Sid (me) and Scarllet own the place. We work from home and are pretty chil. We have 2 long term roommates - one is a computer IT guy, the other works in welding. We have 2 dogs btw. We try and invite in roommates who are laid back, clean, and mature.
