It is an 8 minute walk from the Coconut Grove Metrorail station. It is a fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath with 2 outdoor decks and fruit trees. This beautiful home has a brand new kitchen with a gorgeous gas range, a dishwasher, two ovens, a washer/dryer, new metal roof, fresh paint, NEST ac, great security systems, blinds, and impact windows all around. The common areas are fully furnished with couch, tv, dining table, cooking utensils, appliances, etc.. You will have plenty of your own cabinet space within the kitchen and pantry to store personal items you do not wish to share with the household. ALL utilities are included in the rent (1000 mbps fiber internet, electricity, gas, water, sewage, pest control, streaming services), as are the high end security system, every other week professional home cleanings, and all household cleaning supplies including hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper for all bathrooms and common areas. A bit about your housemate: The owner of the property occupies the master bedroom. She is a PhD student at the University of Miami, working from home a good portion of the time. She is a Jewish/ Israeli Latina who loves dancing, painting, traveling, poetry, wine, literature, learning about new cultures, silliness, gardening, and delicious food. She is quiet, very clean, and respectful.
