I rent a 2 bedroom apartment. It’s on the smaller side. I originally moved into this apartment with my boyfriend but then his dad got sick so he moved back home. It’s been a struggle living alone and it’s time I find a roommate. So I live on the 2nd floor and my landlord lives beneath me and there are 2 other apartments connected as well. So the spare bedroom isn’t that big but you will still have the rest of the apartment to share as well. It’s a cute little apartment, my bedroom has no door but yours would, the kitchen is small to it has a little bar with 2 stools, the living room is normal size and I have 2 love seats that we just bought last year. And then the bathroom is skinny and only has a stand up shower sorry no tub. (Funny thing though I ended up buying a blow up bathtub but still have yet to use it lol) So I pay $1600 a month but that has all the utilities included and she likes to be paid weekly she will let me pay 2 weeks at a time but no more then that. Washer and Dryer are included as well. You would have your own parking space in a driveway. So I am asking for a security deposit of $800 to move in and that pays for your first month and after that it will be $200 each a week and that pays for everything except food. I would rather whoever decides they might want to move in that they don’t have any children living with them I would be ok if you have them and they visited here and there it’s just the place is not that big. Also I just want to make it clear that I’m asking $800 to move in if need be I can work with you but I just want you to be aware that I will not be giving that back when you decide to move out. I just want to make sure I know you can afford to be here. Also you need to have a full time job. Also I would like to see how long you have been at your current job and if I could get 2 references.

So I am a 34 year old female that has never been married and have no kids. It’s not saying I wouldn’t love for it to happen but I’m just not sure if it’s even possible and I’m still not ready for all of it at the moment anyways. So my boyfriend usually comes up every weekend to spend time together so if your dating someone as well you could have them come stay a night or two I just want a single person to move in but I don’t mind if you have a visitor as long as they aren’t here daily. I believe a cat would be ok I would have to ask about that. I am pretty easy going I have a big heart and I’m very loyal and trustworthy and I have a great sense of humor. I am a home body for the most part when I’m not at work but I stay in my bedroom most of the time. The only time I’m in the living room is when my boyfriend is here. I am also in Recovery of 3 years so absolutely NO DRUGS ALLOWED and Nobody with any warrants or legal things going on. I don’t mind drinking my boyfriend has a few beers daily and I drink here and there and I’m fine with cannabis to. I don’t smoke it but I know quite a few people that do including my boyfriend. So there is no Smoking Cigarettes in the apartment but I do vape inside. My landlord pays for the internet but I ended up getting my own service because hers was slow and didn’t like to work half the time because of all the people on it. Also I have Netflix that I can share as well. It’s a nice quite neighborhood and my landlord is very nice. I got extremely lucky finding this place because I have looked around this area and it’s more expensive because nothing is included at other places.
