The property is a 2 bed 2.5 bath town house with detatched 2 car garage, w/d in unit. Private room with full bath and walk in closet. Shared kitchen and living room. The complex has three pools, 24hr gym access and dog park. One parking space.
About the roomies
The other people living in the property are my kids and spouse. We both work full time so we are home most evenings. You will be responsible for cleaning after yourself and as for guests, please just be mindful for noise after 9pm.
