4 Bedroom 2 bath house in the State street area before Tahoe Keys needs two roommates (each in their own room) can be furnished or not if you have your own stuff, no couples, no pets (currently 2 dogs live here and they are definitely friendly with people but not other animals), no smoking inside the house, NOT A PARTY HOUSE but occasional few guests over for BBQ or something is fine as long as it is not every night.

There is currently an almost 30 female in one bedroom and a 20 year old male in the other occupied bedroom. Both work regularly, and you must too OR HAVE A REGULAR INCOME. The rent goes directly to the assisted living place where the owner lives and her adult children help each other with collecting rent and taking care of that stuff. So, CANNOT BE LATE PAYING YOUR RENT!!
